FOR BOYS AND GIRLS AGES 3-4
This class teaches proper stances, breathing, stretching, discipline, confidence and practical self-defense. This class also underlines the importance of nutrition, exercise, fire safety and stranger awareness.
All uniforms are included in the class fee.
DATES: Wednesdays, September 22nd - November 24th
(No program on November 10th)
TIME: 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM
FEE: $170 per participant
