Reading Recreation is proud to offer this program to the youth work force of our community. This program is being directed by Winchester Hospital staff, for boys and girls grades 5 and up. Participants must bring a baby sitting kit (see below). Please bring a snack and lunch.

***BABY SITTING KIT***
You are asked to produce a baby sitting entertainment kit. You should be prepared to bring this kit to the class to be checked. This can be in the form of a knapsack, cloth bag, small suitcase, or box which can be brought with you when you baby sit for the purpose of having your own supplies and ideas to entertain the children.
*No paper or plastic bags*
Some articles your kit could contain:
Paper and Pencils
Story Books
Coloring Books
Construction Paper
Blunt Scissors
Old Jewelry (if child is over 4 years old )
Doll
Crayons
Bath Toys
Hand Puppet
Band-Aids
Flash Light
Other safe toys
Keep in mind the ages of the children you may be sitting for. Use your imagination! You can decorate your container in an appropriate manner.
