Cardio, Core and More
Mix it up with a combination of cardio, strength training, and core conditioning. This fat-burning cardiovascular class is designed to increase muscular strength and endurance and help boost your metabolism. Class will target large muscle groups and incorporate pilates to work all of your core abdominal muscles. Toning is a great way to take inches off your measurements, improve posture and feel better. No coordination is required and all fitness levels welcome!

Please bring a mat, set of hand weights, a stability ball and water.

DATES:  Session I:     Mondays, September 20th - November 1st
                                      (No class on Monday, October 11th)

                Session II:   Wednesdays, September 22nd - November 3rd
                                      (No class on Wednesday, October 20th)

                Session III:  Mondays, November 15th - December 20th

                Session IV:  Wednesdays, November 10th - December 22nd
                                      (No class on Wednesday, November 24th)
             
TIME:  6:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.

FEE:  $54 each session

LOCATION:  Birch Meadow School Gymnasium
