If you need a police report, did you know you may download a request form or fill out an electronic request on-line? You may click on the two links below to either download your report request or fill out your request to the Reading Police Department electronically.
Once you fill out the form, you may mail or hand deliver it. All electronic submittals will be sent directly to the police department and will not require any further steps on your part until the reports have been processed. Once your report has been approved and prepared for you, you will be contacted.
