The Town of Reading is no longer offering Non-Resident Parking Permits. If you do not have a Resident Access Permit and plan to park in Reading for your commute, you may park in the clearly marked M.B.T.A. pay spaces only. This will be strictly enforced and violators will be towed at the owner's expense.
