New FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) took effect June 4, 2010. FIRMs are available for reference in the Engineering Office in Town Hall. FIRM maps are the official reference for flood insurance purposes. Digital versions of the maps are provided here. (Files may open slowly; they average 1.5 M in size.)
