Reading Housing has 80 1-bedroom units for elderly (age 60 years +) and disabled on first or second floors in Reading. None are wheelchair accessible.
Current income eligibility limits are $45,100 for one person and $51,550 for two persons.
The elderly and Disabled application must be completed and returned with all verifications and required documentation. Copies, facsimiles or emails of completed applications will not be accepted.
