 Perfecto's Cafe at 285 Main Street (formerly the tuxedo rental shop) was approved by the (CPDC) Community Planning and Development Commission in October 2009. The applicant is currently working with the Conservation Commission for review of work within the wetlands buffer. After review and approval by the Conservation Commission, the applicant can begin on building permits for construction. The new 3,051 square

 Sam's Bistro at 107 Main Street (formerly Wayside Bazaar) was approved by the CPDC in August 2009. Demolition and construction is underway and is expected to open in the late winter or early spring of 2010. Sam's Bistro will be a full-service family restaurant.
 The Olde Redding Butcher Shoppe opened at 169 Haven Street in October 2009.
