In October 2010, the Community Planning & Development Commission (CPDC) approved plans for Calareso's Farm Stand to relocate to 80-100 Main Street on the corner of Main and South Streets. Consturction on the site began in Summer 2011 and is expected to be completed by Spring 2012.

Reading Woods, Jacob Way
Pulte Homes of New England plans to develope 424 residential units at the former Addison Wesley site on Jacob Way. Demolition and site work began summer of 2011. Visit the Planning Department webpage for plans more information.

eCars of New England, 281 Main Street
eCars of New England was approved by the Community Planning & Development Commission (CPDC) in March 2011. Construction for the electric car dealership is complete and now open for business!

Oaktree Development was granted Site Plan Review approval from the CPDC on September 13th 2010. The project includes first floor commercial with three floors of residential (a total of 53 units) and an underground parking garage. The foundation work is complete and the installation of the residential units is expected to be complete in Sprin 2012. Construction plans for building permits are currently under review. Revised Front Facade Elevation.jpgPerfecto's Cafe at 285 Main Street (formerly the tuxedo rental shop) was approved by the (CPDC) Community Planning and Development Commission in October 2009 and by the Conservation Commission in June 2010. The applicant is currently working on construction plans in order to apply for building permits. The new 3,051 square foot building will feature a variety of baked goods.
