Oaktree Development was granted a Site Plan Review Decision on September 13th 2010 from the CPDC. The approved application included first floor commercial with three floors of residential (53 units) and an underground private parking garage.
UPDATE:
Construction continues on the Oaktree Development at 30 Haven Street. The building permit was issued on November 3, 2011 and placement of the modular units is underway. Please visit http://www.30haven.com/home.php for additional information including photos and floorplans.

Oaktree's density waiver request to have more than the 20 units per acre as allowed by-right in the zoning to have 73 units per acre (56 residential units) was approved on June 14th by the CPDC.
